1. Site owner identification (legal notice)

Vuelvo is currently in a commercial validation (pilot) phase. The full identification of the site owner (name, tax ID and registered address) will be published in this notice as soon as the business activity is formally registered, pursuant to art. 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE. 2. Purpose of the service

Vuelvo is a digital loyalty platform for local businesses: it lets them create loyalty programs (stamps, points and similar) whose customers store their card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. These terms govern the use of the website and the platform by the businesses that hire the service.

3. Accounts and user obligations

• Business onboarding is currently assisted by Vuelvo.
• The business is responsible for safeguarding its credentials and for its staff's use of the panel.
• The business undertakes to use the platform lawfully, in particular to inform its customers and obtain their consent under data protection law (see our data processing agreement).
• Using the platform to send unsolicited communications or process third-party data without a legal basis is not allowed.

4. Data protection

Regarding each business's end-customer data, Vuelvo acts as data processoron behalf of the business (controller), under the data processing agreement signed between the parties (art. 28 GDPR). Regarding the businesses' own data and site visitors, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and liability

Vuelvo is provided "as is" and in an early commercial rollout phase. We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance, incidents of infrastructure providers or of the Apple/Google wallet platforms). To the extent permitted by law, Vuelvo's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the business in the 12 months preceding the originating event.

6. Intellectual property

The software, the "Vuelvo" brand and the contents of this site belong to the site owner or its licensors. Logos and content uploaded by each business remain their property; the business grants Vuelvo the license needed to display them on its cards and program materials.

7. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms by publishing the current version on this page. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent Spanish courts.
